Duffy Fitness Institute workout specifically
designed for women...
We are going to do a very
specific workout for women. I'm calling it
the Quick Muscle workout for women and what
we are going to do that is different from
what is happening in most of the gyms out
there, is we are going to do everything at
the same time. So what we are going to
encounter is cardio vascular efficiency and
body fat reduction, which is actually more
important than weight reduction. We are
going to improve your posture; we are going
to improve your strength. We are going to
give you women beautiful long and toned
muscles all in one workout. You could do
this literally in 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 40
minutes or even 50 minutes; depending on how
experienced you are at doing this kind of
workout. The beauty of this workout is you
only need a few items, so you can do this in
your own gym. I've organized this so that if
you get to your gym you can pick out a spot
in an area and you won't bother anyone, or
if you have this equipment at home, you can
do it there. I'm going to explain this in
